Who are we?
ShareHelp is the fulfillment of the vision and efforts of The Partnership for Hope, a community-based non-profit in Harrisburg, PA. The Partnership’s leaders
have decades of experience
delivering social programs,
fostering collaborative efforts
across communities and
developing technology systems and applications for large enterprises.
Why did we develop the ShareHelp platform?
We’ve found that most of our non-profit partners lack funding for and/or expertise in deploying technologies that can significantly improve their effectiveness and efficiency.
Social workers and caregivers spend enormous amounts of time initiating referrals and trying to coordinate care, entering data into case management and reporting systems and doing administrative work in software applications that were developed for large for-profit businesses or government agencies.
And while there are many grass roots non-profit organizations, churches and other faith-based organizations and a growing army of volunteers and community groups who want to help people in need, leaders of social programs are struggling to manage volunteers, coordinate resources, operate programs, maintain records, communicate with stakeholders and sustain funding.
Many of our church and community-based program partners also rely on personal cell phones and other
unsecure communications, find it
difficult to maintain records of the care they provide, use
ill-fitting software and are simply
unaware of the work of other organizations. As a result, groups end up
competing for funding and resources instead of
working together to coordinate care
that is
truly helpful
and
has a lasting impact.
How does ShareHelp “help people who help people?”
ShareHelp Community is a
social network built for helping people.
ShareHelp Community is like Facebook® and LinkedIn®, but we’ve built it specifically to equip social programs for effective collaboration in local communities. Leaders can use their organization’s “Group” in the mobile app or website to communicate with volunteers, staff and partners, coordinate activities and events, collect donations, engage with sponsors and potential volunteers and, most important of all, work together with other non-profit organizations and community programs to make sure people who are struggling get the help they need when they need it.


The ShareHelp Cloud is
communications for social programs all in one place, anyplace.
The ShareHelp Cloud is mobile communications for non-profit leaders and staff that brings phone calls, texts, video chats and meetings together in one easy-to-use, secure, time-saving app that can be used anywhere there’s internet service. It can be used on computers, mobile devices, with physical phones and even through applications like Microsoft Teams, offering the same advanced, AI-enabled unified communications capabilities used by large corporations to our community partners at a fraction of the cost, allowing them to coordinate care more effectively and efficiently.
ShareHelp Caregiver is software made
especially for people who help people.
ShareHelp Caregiver applications are purpose-built software tools that help community and faith-based organizations develop, fund, manage and improve the effectiveness of their social care programs.
We're launching the ShareHelp platform with a suite of four innovative, affordable and easy to use software applications created and customized for grass roots non-profits and faith and community organizations.
And we're also working on new solutions that we expect to offer to our partners later this year.

consolidates non-profit social media publishing efforts in one easy to use application.

offers web and mobile apps for managing non-profit programs and projects.
All of these Caregiver products help our partners save time and money, improve their operations and engage with their community.
And our ShareHelp Learning Center is a shared life-skills education resource that offers online, in-person & hybrid classes, helping the clients of our non-profit partners gain the insight and knowledge they need to become successful and overcome poverty.
