How is The Partnership for Hope different from other non-profit organizations? And what does ShareHelp do that other technologies don't?
The Partnership for Hope was created to foster collaborations that change lives and transform communities. Since our inception in 2011, we've built meaningful relationships with hundreds of other non-profits and community organizations, corporate and business partners, volunteers, educators, government social services agencies, foundations and other funders to develop dozens of social programs, events and new community initiatives and provided over $7 million in resources to help over 26,000 people.
The ShareHelp technology platform is part of our efforts to help our partners with the tools they need to provide care to struggling people.
As a non-profit ourselves, we know the challenges of running social programs. So, we’ve built ShareHelp from the ground up
with the capabilities and features that help our non-profit collaborators
improve their collaboration, outcomes,
and
sustainability
and
can provide
insight to funders that increase the impact of their investments in social programs.
What are the problems with social care programs that ShareHelp can help us overcome?
Very unfortunately, non-profit organizations and human services programs are struggling.
The need for social care is growing. But funding is shrinking.
Social workers carry the weight of caring for people. But they spend enormous amounts of time doing data entry and administration.
So many organizations do their best to provide services and programs that are helpful for clients, but wade through complex processes to even determine if the person they're trying to help is eligible for those resources.
They confront crisis situations every day. But often have to wait to hear back from another agency to coordinate a referral.
Leaders of social programs know they need to work together with other non-profits. But they invariably have to compete with those same organizations for funding.

And even when program outcomes show that the care non-profits are providing is effective, those best efforts don’t always translate to the long-term success of clients.
But ShareHelp leverages emerging technologies to help our non-profit partners improve their effectiveness and gain sustainability in significant ways. The platform:
- introduces innovative solutions that engage grass roots non-profits and community organizations as part of a comprehensive approach for coordinating more effective, timely care and improving long-term outcomes,
- mobilizes volunteers, donated resources and leverages the investments of businesses and corporations as part of community-wide efforts to address social issues,
- helps social service agencies operate more efficiently, allowing them to provide better care with fewer resources,
- deploys solutions that can provide transparency with funders’ investments through real-time outcomes reporting and AI-enabled analytics, and
- has the potential to introduce
outcomes reports that span programs and the efforts of individual non-profits and human services agencies…providing unprecedented insight into social care investments across communities.
What solutions does ShareHelp introduce to the non-profit community and to the funders that support them?
ShareHelp Community is a
social network built for helping people.
ShareHelp Community is like Facebook® and LinkedIn®, but we’ve built it specifically for non-profit organizations and community groups to help them engage sponsors and provide meaningful opportunities to volunteers who want to make a difference in their community.

ShareHelp Community was developed specifically for grass roots non-profits, faith-based organizations and community groups who help people. It provides a comprehensive toolset for non-profit leaders to coordinate their organization’s activities, manage its programs, communicate with staff, volunteers and sponsors, and to coordinate care with partners, allowing them to be significantly more effective and efficient.
The ShareHelp Community website and mobile applications also provide meaningful opportunities for corporations and businesses to more easily engage with and invest in the many non-profits across local communities that are making a difference in the lives of struggling people.

The ShareHelp Cloud is
communications for social programs all in one place, anyplace.
The ShareHelp Cloud is mobile communications for non-profit leaders and staff that brings phone calls, texts, video chats and meetings together in one easy-to-use, secure, time-saving app that can be used anywhere there’s internet service.
It offers the same advanced, AI-enabled unified communications capabilities used by large corporations to our community partners at a fraction of the cost, allowing them to provide more effective, collaborative care and helping them leverage their funders' investments more efficiently.
The advanced feature set of the ShareHelp Cloud can offer larger non-profits and agencies tools like
secure file sharing, workflow automation, call recording and
conversation summaries of client and partner interactions that can be
automatically inserted into case management systems,
replacing time-consuming data entry
for case workers
and staff.
ShareHelp Caregiver is software made
especially for people who help people.
ShareHelp Caregiver applications are cloud-hosted, secure, purpose-built software tools that help community and faith-based organizations develop, fund, manage and improve the effectiveness of their community programs.
They are designed specifically to help the staff of our ShareHelp partners work together to coordinate care more effectively, improve their engagement with sponsors and increase their sustainability.
Our initial ShareHelp Caregiver offerings include:

ShareHelp Site Builder
is our AI-enabled website development and hosting platform that allows us to come alongside our partner non-profits to co-create unique, mission-focused websites with leading edge outreach and marketing capabilities.
ShareHelp Social Media Manager
centralizes an organization’s social media messaging efforts into one time saving tool…allowing leaders and staff to improve the effectiveness of their communications and invest more time in helping people.
ShareHelp Program Manager
is an easy-to-use online hub and mobile app for managing a non-profit's programs and activities.
ShareHelp Learning Center
The ShareHelp Learning Center is an online life skills resource center for virtual and in-person training and education that will allow non-profits to provide their clients with life-changing opportunities to become self-sufficient.
The platform serves as a shared learning hub that can be used by hundreds of non-profit organizations across communites, offering skills development in things like money management, conflict resolution, language skills and an array of other courses to the clients of homeless shelters, recovery programs and many other social services organizations. It also provides opportunities for corporations to host curriculum and content that they’ve already developed for the community.
We’re seeking business and corporate sponsorships and other funding for the platform and hosted content. Because it can, potentially, help thousands of clients, we hope to offer it as a free service to our ShareHelp partners.
The Partnership for Hope is actively seeking business and corporate sponsorships and pursuing grant funding for two new ShareHelp Caregiver applications:
ShareHelp Essentials
ShareHelp Essentials is currently in development, created to support non-profits and community groups who manage food, clothing and other basic needs programs.
Our application hosting platform and development methodologies will allow us to extend ShareHelp Essentials to, potentially, thousands of community groups, churches, other faith-based ministries and other non-profits to coordinate their efforts as well as provide real time reports to funders.
ShareHelp Care Manager
ShareHelp Care Manager is a workflow, care coordination and outcomes reporting solution. Our hope is to significantly streamline activities like intake and eligibility screening, reduce data entry and reporting outcomes for non-profits who don’t have or can’t afford case management systems.
Once deployed the solution can then be scaled to support non-profits nationally, providing a secure platform for coordinating care and generating reports for community organizations who don’t currently have a means to provide data to funders.
ShareHelp funding opportunities for non-profits, foundations and other social impact investors:
ShareHelp Community

can be provided to a non-profit or community group for $1,000/year.

We expect donations for underwriting the costs for ShareHelp Community will be multiplied as much as tenfold, saving time, providing additional resources, funding, and volunteer contributions and, most significantly, improving the timeliness of care and introducing a continuum of programs, services and supports that’s proven to bring long-term success.
ShareHelp Cloud

starting at $50/month per user for voice, text, video and meetings

$350 one-time consultation and onboarding

$2,500/year per employee provides the complete suite of ShareHelp Cloud services

contact us to discuss costs for integrating the ShareHelp Cloud unified communications platform with a non-profit's existing case management system or other software applications.

Our estimation is that a $2,500 annual donation to underwrite the time-saving capabilities and features of ShareHelp will provide a non-profit organization with the equivalent of a full-time case worker or administrator.
ShareHelp Site Builder

$50/month per website

$350 one-time set up and training for customizable template or AI-designed site

starting at $35/hour for design assistance, custom integrations, SEO optimization
ShareHelp Program Manager

$400/year per non-profit for any number of projects, programs and employees
ShareHelp Social Media Manager

$40/month for three social media accounts, $10/month each additional social media account
ShareHelp Essentials

$45,000 pilot project for design, development, testing and year one cloud services

Conversations are in progress with a pilot non-profit who provides over $22 million in donated basic needs annually. Implementation is expected to cost approximately $45,000 for a solution that can be extended on a subscription basis to support the basic needs operations of thousands of organizations.
ShareHelp Care Manager

$75,000 pilot project for design, development, testing and year one cloud services

ShareHelp Care Manager development is expected to be around $75,000, inclusive of an integration with our ShareHelp Cloud Connect UC softphone. Once deployed these solutions can then be scaled to support grass roots non-profits nationally, with ongoing costs underwritten by monthly user subscriptions, corporate donations and grants.
Why should I consider underwriting ShareHelp solutions for non-profit organizations and community programs in my area?
The Partnership for Hope’s leaders have been managing social programs, fostering collaboration, developing leading-edge technologies, and caring for struggling people for over 35 years. We’ve created non-profit organizations from the ground up, led large regional coalitions, directed the social care efforts of major healthcare systems and deployed ground-breaking technologies at multibillion-dollar corporations. So, we’ve developed ShareHelp from real-life experience to support the important work of non-profit organizations and community groups in ways that no other technology currently does.
And we’re making ShareHelp solutions as affordable as possible. Our motivation isn’t to sell software to make money to fund our mission. Bringing communities together to help struggling people is our mission! We’ve also been intentional in building out the ShareHelp platform on a very reliable, secure, flexible and cost-efficient technology framework that won’t become expensive for non-profits to maintain or become obsolete in the future.
Best of all
any “profit” from ShareHelp subscriptions and donations
will be re-invested in local communities,
funding new efforts
that
address gaps in resources, services and programs.
